Do you ever feel stuck?
Have you ever felt like you know what you “should do,” how you “should feel,” or what you “should want” but you just feel blocked, stymied, stalemated, or unable to move forward?
If you want to escape the feeling of stuckness, one of the most effective ways you can do this is to recognize for what it is.
All Feelings are Feedback from your Emotional Guidance System.
Strange though it can feel to ponder at first, every Feeling you have is a meaningful communication from your Emotional Wisdom, which itself is a product of and conduit for Infinite Intelligence.
How and what you are Feeling in a given moment in time does not tell you what you should do in terms of physical action.
How and what you are Feeling tells you what you are doing in terms of the Mental Action, the Thinking, the Focused Attention by which you harness and direct and contour and channel the energy that creates worlds in order to manifest your Physical Reality and everything about your perception and experience of it.
The feeling of stuckness is telling you something very important about your Creative Process in that the moment in which the feeling is felt.
Feeling stuck is the sensation of wanting that which is incompatible with your present vibrational offering, which itself is an energetic translation of your present thought.
In other words, feeling stuck is telling you that you are directing your attention and focusing your thoughts in a way that is at odds with what you are wanting.
If your focus, your attention, and the stream of your thought is headed in the opposite direction of your desire, it is easy to understand that these two energies, these two vibrations will collide, push against each other, and that their equal and opposite/opposing force will manifest an experience, a creative outcome that feels like getting nowhere fast.
What you call being stuck is actually being split; you have split your intention, your creative energy, and half is going one way in the direction of your wanting and the other half of going off the other way in the direction of your attention, your thought.
This feels bad at first, like being conflicted, like being torn apart.
After a while, as the separation between desire and focus becomes more complete, the feeling of splitting begins to feel like stuckness as the two separate more fully and then begin to push up against one another.
Imagine a train with an engine at both ends, facing in opposite directions.
If the both engines begin pulling in opposite directions at the same time, there will be great tension and pulling and stress as the bonds that hold the train together and make it one are stressed to the point of breaking.
Once the separation occurs, once the bond is broken, imagine then that the two engines both switch direction, so that each is headed in the direction that the other was heading before.
In other words, the same forces that causes the train to split apart are now being directed in the opposite direction, showing the train back together.
But this is now a harmonious union of intention. This is not one training joined together in perfect harmony of intention and direction. This is two trains pushing against one another, at odds with one another, each attempting to push through the other in order to reach diametrically opposing destinations while both traveling on a single creative track.
This is the status of many a person’s creative process. The direction of their thought is impeded by the direction of their desire, and the direction of their desire is impeded by the direction of their thought.
The feeling of being stuck is the feeling of looking at what you do not want and wishing to have he feeling that can only comes with looking at what you do
There is but one creative track in your life. There is but one creative flow. This track, this flow, can carry you in any direction that you wish to go, but you can only head in one direction at a time.
This is why joining the creative forces of your mind is so critical. This is why it is so important to become aware of your thinking and to become aware of your desires and to join them together into one powerfully creative driving force in your life experience.
When the engine of your thought and the engine of your desire, when the infinitely powerful creative forces of each of these Universal forces are united in a common, harmonious direction, there will be no destination you will be unable to reach swiftly and comfortable and smoothly.
